Deposit Policy: A deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable. •

Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service date. In this case, your original deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Any request to reschedule on the same day as the service will be treated as a cancellation of the original appointment. A new deposit will be required to secure a future date.

Cancellations made on the scheduled moving day will result in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, a same-day cancellation fee may apply to cover dispatched crew and truck costs.
